Georgia legistlators who are upset about these Georgia State University classes... You fail. Sorry. You just do.

Semi-related, but not really: Supposedly there are some antiquated "blue laws" on the books in some states like VA. I can't imagine that the police have time to peek through people's windows to see what they're getting up to... but I could be wrong.
The Blue Laws in VA were repealed a while back. Some businesses still observe them, but it's voluntary and not by state law. The county to the north of the one I live in here in FL prohibits the sale of alcohol on Sunday. I think they're enforced some places more than others, but I don't think they really bother to peek through people's windows over them.
